When we deliver online, BOOST will fully prepare the teaching staff to know exactly how the delivery is going to run. We detail the stages the course will move through, at what points they are expected to drive the conversation in the class-room and ask them to put the students answers through the “chat” functionality so the remote trainer can understand how the debate and answers to the questions we pose are progressing.
