BOOST Life Skills have a number of freelance trainers located in many different counties across our network area.  We are easily able to travel to your location, wherever you’re located.

BOOST Life Skills Trainers responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and delivering training of basic soft skills, advanced soft skills and interview preparation courses to classes of all sizes.
  • Maintaining a professional training environment and classroom management with a high standard of teaching, learning and assessment at all times.
  • Delivering innovative training sessions using a variety of teaching styles and creativity to keep young minds interested and inspired.
  • Assessing and evaluating attendee feedback to consider improvements for the future.

BOOST Life Skills Trainers skills and experience include:

  • Background in preparing and delivering training courses to students in educational environments.
  • Experience in having worked in a business or organisational environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Being comfortable working with a cross-section of young attendees and have the drive and enthusiasm to support our young attendees to succeed.
  • Being innovative and creative in the delivery of courses and demonstrate a passion for delivering to a high standard.
  • Acting as a role model for learners and building positive relationships with attendees.
  • Documented DBS check and Safeguarding policy agreement.
  • A minimum of 2 A-levels or an equivalent diploma.
  • GCSE English language at a minimum of a grade B.
